To ask the Scottish Government, in light of the proposed closure of trauma and orthopaedic services at Monklands Hospital, what discussions it has had with NHS Lanarkshire regarding whether paramedics will be responsible for diagnosing orthopaedic fractures and deciding which need surgery, so that they can decide which hospital to take patients to.
