To ask the Scottish Government what consideration it has made or is giving to allowing schools to opt-out of local authority control.

The Government remains committed to publicly funded comprehensive school education that delivers excellence and equity for all children and young people. The current Governance Review, which commenced on 13 September 2016, seeks views on how best to achieve this.
