Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party

Date lodged: 27 January 2017

To ask the Scottish Government what action it can take and is taking to help eliminate disruptive behaviour on flights leaving Scotland.

The Scottish Government welcomed the introduction of the UK Aviation Industry Code of Practice on Disruptive Passengers which was launched in July 2016 with the aim of reducing incidences of disruptive behaviour by passengers on flights.
