To ask the Scottish Government what its position is on allowing professional celebrants to perform all aspects of marriage ceremonies.

The Scottish Government outlined its position on this in paragraph 28 of the Policy Memorandum for the Marriage and Civil Partnership (Scotland) Bill: The Scottish Government's position has not changed since then.
