To ask the Scottish Government what its position is on serial planning applications.

There are provisions in the Planning Act allowing planning authorities to refuse to deal with repeat or serial applications in certain circumstances.
We will reflect further on the effectiveness of these provisions during the progress of the Planning (Scotland) Bill, and we are open to suggestions for how existing provisions can be improved.
