Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party

Date lodged: 7 February 2018

To ask the Scottish Government what projections it has made of the number of hectares of peatland that will be (a) restored and (b) extracted in each of the next 10 years.

The Scottish Government does not hold this information. The Climate Change Plan sets out an annual target for the restoration 20,000 hectares of degraded peatlands.
