(b) There was no convictions under the Fireworks (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (where main crime) between financial years 2011-12 and 2016-17.

Data for financial year 2017-18 will be available on 29-01-2019.

(a) People reported to COPFS with at least one charge under the Fireworks (Scotland) Regulations 2004. 2013-14 to 2017-18.
