To ask the Scottish Government whether its policy of replying to correspondence within 10 working days applies to the Scottish Water subsidiary, Business Stream, which has still to substantively respond to the Member's letter of 19 December 2018.

Business Stream aims to resolve all complaints within 20 days. I am disappointed that the member did not receive updates on the progress of Business Stream’s investigation into the issue raised within that expected time frame. I understand that Business Stream have now been in contact and that there has been progress towards what I hope will be an acceptable resolution to the matter.
