To ask the Scottish Government by what date every secondary school will have a mental health counselling service in place.

School counselling will enhance the work that schools already do to support children and young people to learn about mental health and wellbeing within the framework of Curriculum for Excellence.

It is intended that to the Programme for Government commitment will be delivered in full by September 2020.
