To ask the Scottish Government whether it has updated the estimate set out in its consultation paper, Investing in and paying for your water services from 2021, that "between 10-15% of households pay more than 3% of net household income after housing costs on water charges", and, if so, what the revised figure is.

Citizens Advice Scotland’s report “Charting a new course: a study in developing affordability policy for water and sewerage charges”, published in October 2018, confirmed this estimate.
